250g fresh walnuts (or 80g chopped walnuts)
40g caster sugar
1 tablespoon orange flower water
40g brown sugar
Peel oranges and remove pith.
Cut into thin slices.
Arrange in a pudding dish, with raisins and sultanas.
Sprinkle with sugar and orange flower water.
Stir and chill for an hour.
Chop nuts if fresh, sprinkle over oranges.
Make caramel, by mixing water and sugar over a low heat, pour over oranges and serve.
