Ingrediants:

½ bunch of parsley,
a bunch of spring onion,
a pocket of pearl barley (500 gr.), a carrot,
2 cucumbers,
10 gherkins,
a bowl of yogurt (150 gr.),
a tablespoon of olive oil,
a sweetspoon of salt.

Preparation:

1. Boil the pearl barley in the boiling w ater in which oil and salt has
been added.
2. Take them into a strainer
3. Add the thinly cutted gherkins, spring onion, and parsley
4. Plane cucumber and carrot in it.
5. At the time of the service add the yogurt which is strained.
