Ingredients:

2 tablespoon of butter,
a bowl of corn flour (mısır unu),
a bowl of cheese (dil peyniri in Turkey),
4 bowls water,
4 teaspoons of salt

Preparation:

1. Dissolve the butter on the saucepan andadd the corn flour and fry them.
2. Add water and salt. Add the cheese when it starts to boil and continue to cook.
3. P.S. When the flour gets dark yellow, it means that it has fried.
