* 1 c. yogurt
* 1 tsp. nutmeg
* 1/2 c. vegetable oil
* 1 c. honey
* 1/8 c. extra fine, ground coffee, sift some
* 3/4 tsp. salt
* 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
* 2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
* 1 1/8 tsp. soda
Directions
Use 2 bowls, one for dry ingredients and one for wet ingredients.
Stir each bowl of ingredients, then pour all together into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. After 35 minutes remove and top with topping and return to bake another 10 minutes.
TOPPING:
3/4 c. honey
3/8 c. melted butter
1/2 c. poppy seeds
5/8 c. raisins
