Fasulyeli Makarna - Pasta - Rice
* 60 gr. spaghetti, 1 tablespoon canned green beans, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1 small onion, 1 tablespoon grated white cheese (beyaz peynir), a pinch of sweet basil and 1 tablespoon olive oil
Boil all the vegetables except the green beans in hot water for five to seven minutes. Put them in the blender and puree. Put the puree in a bowl, add the beans, olive oil and basil and mix. In a saucepan boil the spaghetti until desired softness. Drain the spaghetti, put in a serving plate, top off with puree and cheese and serve.
