Kasar Peynirli Kek - Pies - Cakes
* 1 packet yeast
* 1/4 litre milk sesame seeds
* 100 grams grated cheese (Kasar, Gruyere or Cantal)
* 150 grams butter
* 3 glasses flour
* 4 eggs
Beat the eggs with a wisk. Add the melted butter, grated cheese, milk. Mix well. Then stir in the flour, yeast and sesame seeds. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold. Bake in a medium oven for 45 - 50 minutes.
