Kis Turlusu - Meat - Poultry

Ingredients

* 2 carrots
* 500 gr. lamp meat
* 1 leek
* 6 mushrooms
* 2 celery roots
* 12 green beans
* 2 onions
* 6 green pepper
* 4 tomatos

Lamp meat and sliced onion are roasted on Eternity pan. Add flour and tomato paste and mix them. Put water to the pan and boil for 15 minutes. Place the washed and thick sliced vegetables to the border of Eternity saucepan. Put the meat mixture to the center of the saucepan. Cook them an row heat. It is ready for service.
