Limonlu Dana Eti - Meat - Poultry

Ingredients

* 6 or more pieces veal
* 6 cloves of garlic
* 1 cup olive oil
* 6 round slices of lemon
* parsley
* salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Boil meat in salted water for five minutes. Drain and fry well in hot oil. Arrange meat in dish, placing 1 lemon slice on top of each piece. Sprinkle top with crushed garlic and garnish with parsley. Serve with rice.
