Ingredients

* 1 cup yogurt
* 3 tablespoons hemp oil
* 1 clove garlic
* salt and freshly ground pepper.


Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.

Serve with spinach, kale, or cucumbers, or over rice.

For a different flavor, add a few drops of soy sauce.
