Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
6 eggs
1 cup Creme Brulee flavored coffee cream
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 loaf French bread
Directions
1. Spray 9 x 13" pan with baking spray 3 times to coat very well. In a large microwavable glass mixing bowl, combine,butter,brown sugar and maple syrup. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir until blended. Microwave for 1 more minute. Stir until completely combined and pour it into the 9 x 13" pan. In a very large bowl whisk eggs, creme brulee flavored cream, milk and almond extract. Cut Bread into 12 slices and layer in pan. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover and place in fridge overnight. Bake next morning at 350F for 45 minutes until center is set, flip over immediately so the sugar crust runs down the sides. Serve with whip cream whipped with nutmeg,sugar,almond extract and fresh raspberry's.
