* 8 slices rye or sourdough bread
* 12 thin slices of Swiss cheese
* 1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
* 16 oz jar of sauerkraut
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375
Liberally butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of four slices of bread, equally layer cheese and corned beef. Add 1/4 cup or more of sauerkraut to each sandwich. Add the top slice of bread.
On a cookie sheet, bake sandwiches until the bread is slightly browned and the cheese is completely melted.
