2 cups baby frozen peas, thawed
3 ribeye steaks
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
Add the thawed peas to the salad and mix well; cover and refrigerate.
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Let stand at room temperature while preparing grill. Heat coals to medium and oil the grill rack.
Grill steaks for 8-12 minutes on each side, turning once, until medium rare or medium. Remove steaks from grill, place on platter, cover with foil, and let stand 5 minutes.
Cut steaks into thin slices. Place potato salad on serving platter and top with steak slices. Serve immediately.
