Ingredients:
1 beef roast, about 4 pounds
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (about 10 3/4 ounces) golden cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup red wine
Preparation:
Place the roast in a slow cooker. Add the mushrooms, soup, and wine.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve on noodles or use the gravy on top of mashed potatoes.
