  • Değerli Trabzonspor taraftarları;

    Bildiğiniz üzere Yargıtay kararı sonrası sportif yargılamanın ardından adli yargılama da tamamlandı ve şike yaptıkları tespit edilen şahısların suçları onandı.

    UEFA, CAS ve Yargıtay kararına rağmen hala gerekli cezaların verilmemesi üzerine FIFA Şike ve Usulsüzlük Hattına yeni bir bildirimde bulunuyoruz.

    FIFA'nın doğrudan müdahale hakkı olduğunu ve TFF'ye doğrudan müdahale edebileceği talimatnamelerde yazılı.

    Bundan önceki bildirimlerimiz hatırlanacağı üzere büyük yankı uyandırmıştı. BU sefer daha etkili olacağını düşündüğümüz bu çalışmaya destekleriniz çok önemli

    5. ''Violation of the FIFA Code of Ethics'' kutucuğundaki seçeneklerden ‘Bribery and corruption’ ı seçin.

    6. ''Subject'' kutucuğunun içine Why don’t UEFA&FIFA apply Zero Tolerance policy to certifed matchfixer fenerbahçe yazın.

    7. What is your relationship to FIFA? kısmında ''Other'' seçeneğini işaretleyin.

    8. Do you wish to state your name? kısmına YES diyerek adınızı yazabilir ya da NO diyerek adınızı yazmadan devam edebilirsiniz.

    9. Please describe the incident in as much detail as possible: kısmına ise aşağıdaki metni kopyalayıp yapıştırabilirsiniz.

    10. In which country or countries did the incident occur, if known? kısmında Turkey 'i işaretleyin.

    11. Does the incident concern an international matter? kısmında ''YES'' seçeneğini işaretleyin.

    12. What is the approximate amount of monetary damage in USD? kısmında ''More than 5 million'' seçeneğini işaretleyin.

    13. How long has the incident been going on? kısmında ''For more than 1 year'' seçeneğini işaretleyin.

    14. When did you become aware of the conduct described above? kısmında ''More than 1 year ago'' seçeneğini işaretleyin.


    15. How did you become aware of this online reporting system? kısmında herhangi bir seçeneği işaretleyip ''Send'' kutusunu tıklayın.

    16. Yeni açılacak penceredeki kısmı doldurarak hesap oluşturabilir ve geri dönüşlerinde size ulaşmalarını isteyebilirsiniz.     Follwing UEFA's and CAS' verdict, which founf Fenerbahçe SK and Beşiktaş JK guilty of fixing matches during the 2010-2011 Turkish League a Supreme Court of Appeal upheld a match fixing sentence for Fenerbahçe SK chairman Aziz Yıldırım alongside vice-presidents İlhan Ekşioğlu and Şekip Mosturoğlu. Some other board members of Fenerbahçe SK, Beşiktaş JK and Sivasspor were also sentenced on Friday the 17th of January 2014.

    According to the Turkish Football Federation Status Article 2/f ;
    ‘Turkish Football Federation has to obey the verdicts of UEFA and FIFA and make sure all parties, such as; clubs, players, managers, etc, obey these verdicts too…’

    According to the Turkish Football Federation Disciplinary Code 55/1(b) ;
    ‘Teams, whose board members are involved in match fixing or bribery, must be relegated to a lower division’

    According to the UEFA Statutes (Edition 2012) ;
    Article 7:
    (1) [Fair Play, Statutes, Laws of the Game]:
    “ Member Associations shall have the following obligations:
    a) to observe the principles of loyalty, integrity and sportsmanship in accordance with the principles of fair play; […]
    Member Associations shall include these obligations in their statutes, as well as a provision that leagues, clubs, players and officials shall observe these obligations.”

    According to the FIFA Disciplinary Code 70 / 2 ;
    ‘The judicial bodies of FIFA reserve the right to sanction serious infringements of the statutory objectives of FIFA (cf. final part of art. 2) if associations, confederations and other sports organisations fail to prosecute serious infringements or fail to prosecute in compliance with the fundamental principles of law.’

    Therefore;
    Can anyone explain us ‘Why is Fenerbahce SK still protected despite all national and international bodies found them guilty of match fixing?’
